Welcome to Tutobee! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tutobee platform and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About Tutobee

Tutobee connects students, parents, and tutors for learning and teaching opportunities. We act as a facilitator and do not take part in any contractual agreement between tutors and students.

2. Account Registration

• All users must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• Each account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Tutors agree to verify their identity if required by Tutobee.

3. T-Bee Wallet & BeeCoins

BeeCoins are digital credits used for unlocking leads, chatting, or promoting profiles. BeeCoins are non-refundable but do not expire. Tutobee does not deduct commissions from earnings.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform respectfully and professionally.
• Do not share personal contact information publicly.
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity immediately.

5. Payments & Refunds

All transactions are final. Refunds are processed only in cases of duplicate payment or system errors verified by our support team.

6. Content & Conduct

Users must not post inappropriate, misleading, or copyrighted material. Tutobee reserves the right to suspend accounts for policy violations.

7. Privacy Policy

By using Tutobee, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to data collection as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tutobee is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from interactions between tutors and students.

9. Modifications

Tutobee may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
